Shoah and Nazism

In contemporary history, the term Shoah means the genocide of the Jewish population and culture perpetrated from 1935 to 1945 in Germany and in the countries occupied by the Rome-Berlin Axis powers during the Second World War according to the racist anti-Semitic ideology preached by Adolf Hitler, and implemented by the German National Socialist Party.

Anti-Semitism was adopted by Italian fascism with the racial laws of November 1938 for the defense of the Italian race.

Gariwo's work from the beginning has focused on the research and enhancement of the memory of the Jewish genocide. This section collects all the items of this commitment.
