On March 12 in Neve Shalom Wahat al-Salam, at the Garden of the Righteous, it was held the International Rescuers Day 2020 (of which the official international day is March 6).

At the opening, professor Yair Auron underlined the meaning of the International Garden of the Righteous and its strong connection with Gabriele Nissim and Gariwo. Israeli and Palestinian Righteous were celebrated in the village: Issa Kurdia, Bella Freund e the monks of the abbey of Latrun.
