On March 7, 2018, a ceremony took place at Palazzo Lombardia to celebrate the Day of the Righteous. The initiative began with the institutional greetings of Valentia Aprea, City Councillor responsible for education, training and employment in Lombardy Region. The event saw the participation of Gabriele Nissim, Chairman of Gariwo, Giorgio Mortara, UCEI Vice President, and Pietro Kuciukian, honorary consul of Armenia. During the event, the students of the course of theatre of High School G.B. Grassi of Saronno read some texts dedicated to the Righteous.
