“Sometimes, on Holocaust Remembrance Day, we forget that the victims wanted to live and be saved. And we teach to save with the example of the Righteous. Today we celebrate 20 years of the Garden of the Righteous in Milan, which reminds us of the beauty of the good person.” Gabriele Nissim, Gariwo Chairman, is the wish of the president of Gariwo Gabriele Nissim on the occasion of the concert dedicated to the twenty years of the Garden of the Righteous in Milan.

The concert was opened by institutional greetings from representatives of the Association for Milan Garden of the Righteous, which since 2008 has been responsible for the management of this space of nature and Memory which hosts thousands of students and visitors every year.
Speakers were Elena Buscemi, president of the Milan City Council, Gabriele Nissim, president of Gariwo, Giorgio Mortara representing UCEI.
Together with many friends and collaborators who have taken part in the story of these twenty years, we listened to the music of the pianist Gaetano Liguori, the pianist Ani Martirosyan and the Klezband of Gianpietro Marazza and Luca Garlaschelli.
