On March 27 2022 the city of Bovisio Masciago celebrated the European Day of the Righteous at Palamedia.

The new Righteous honored were: Gino Bartali, who saved 800 people during the WWII; Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Prize and activist for human rights. Finally, the gestures of the following figures were remembered: Don Aldo Mauri, Natale Polonia, Ernesto Sambruni who saved 80 Congolese prisoners, and Senator Liliana Segre for her endless fight against hate and racism.
