On March 11th, 2022 the School I.I.S.P.T.C. ‘A.Casagrande-F. Cesi' in Terni opened the Garden of the Righteous int he park of the school.

"Telling the life and stories of the Righteous, the Gardens teach young people to think, to look at global issues from a different perspective, suggest how to choose between the good and the evil, teach how to overcome hate and indifference, give hope for a better future".

Each tree planted tell the story of one of the first figures honored: the ambassador Luca Attanasio, Simone Losa (volunteer of the Operation Mato Grosso), Peppino Impastato, Pio La Torre, Rosario Livatino, Angelo and Teresa Tosi, the Syrian swimmer Yusra Mardini; the doctor Carlo Urbani; Suor Giuseppina Biviglia; Oskar Schindler; the rapper Sonita Alizadeh, Wallace Broecker, Franco Basaglia, Tommie Smith e John Carlos. The memory of the following figures was honored: Lorenzo Parelli and David Maria Sassoli.

The local authorities attended the event, too: Leonardo Latini, Mayor of Terni, Cinzia Fabrizi, Councilor of the School, and Laura Pernazza, President of the District.
