Famous actor Brad Pitt is going to produce IBM and the Holocaust, a movie drawn from the same-name book by Edwin Black.
The film tells about the story of IBM manager Thomas Watson who in 1933 signed a deal with Nazi Germany to help the Third Reich develop a system to identify and kill the European Jews.
Many are the firms involved in the extermination of Jews during Second World War. Some German companies such as IG Farben, Mercedes or Bayer were mentioned also in Primo Levi's books and have already apologised. According to journalist Edwin Black IBM rejected the calls to boycott Hitler launched all over America and helped the regime through its German subsidiaries.
