Remembering the Good, retracing History through solidarity deeds, this is the aim of the Republic of San Marino, which dedicated a tree "to all the people who have acted and still do bravely, selflessly and responsibly.” A glance at the past, but also an aware and vigilant glimpse into our present, as the Righteous keep on being mirrors that reflect light, and not the darkness of their own time.
This event, held by the State Secretariat for Territory and Environment, in cooperation with the Centro Studi sull’emigrazione (Univ. of San Marino) and the Office for the management of the environmental and rural resources, was held Tuesday 29 March, in the presence of Their Excellences the Captains Regent, who on 6 March already expressed the support of the Repubblica di San Marino to the European Day of the Righteous.
