Mexico, poet Susana Chavez killed

she was a women's rights activist

Poet Susana Chavez was found dead, a hand cut off and her head wrapped in a black bag. In the recent years she had struggled against the slaying of women occurred in Ciudad Juarez.

More than 300 women have been murdered in this town and Susana Chavez had coined the expression "Not One More Death" to try and stop the massacre. The three suspects, 17 years old boys, have been arrested.

The one of Susana Chavez is the 13th murder of activists in Ciudad Juarez from 2009. Amnesty International demanded an inquiry on the assassination.
