On 6th March 2017, in occasion of the European Day of the Righteous, Technical Institute Calvi has inaugurated inside the park of the school the Garden of the Righteous of Finale Emilia. 

An olive tree has been planted in honor of Don Benedetto Richeldi, the priest who was acknowledged Righteous Among the Nations for his heroic actions in saving numerous Jewish during the Nazi-fascist period. 

Students of T.I. Calvi and scientific high school M. Morandi, the author of many works focused on the Jewish community of Finale Emilia Maria Pia Balboni, citizens and relatives of Don Benedetto Richeldi attended the ceremony.
