On 6th March 2014 the Garden of the Righteous of Cadorago has been inaugurated outside the middle school "Machiavelli". Three oaks were planted in memory of Giannina and Maria Bellinzoni, Franco Mariotti and Dino Volpato. 

Dino Volpato, who helped dozens of Jewish crossing the Switzerland border during the Second World War, Marialuisa De Romans, daughter of Franco Marinotti, the business man who rescued his Jewish employees, and descendants of Giannina and Maria Bellinzoni, who moved to Cadorago and gave shelter to their Jewish employer, took part in the ceremony.
