Turkish police raid critical media HQ

protesting against the attack aimed at imposing the seizure of the media owner, Koza Ipek Holding, by the Turkish government on accusations of “involvement in the activities of the Fethullahist Terror Organization.” Bugün TV and Kanaltürk went off air after the attack, amid increasing tension a few days before the elections on 1 November.
